With the advent of intelligent financial advisory and self-service money management sites like Mint, Xero and LearnVest, Bank of America was interested in exploring how their on-line banking experience could incorporate the transactional and reporting features that customers would expect, with advice and management tools that could set Bank of America's on-line banking apart. This trickled into concepts for Merrill Lynch's self-service experience as well. I also designed solutions for Bank of America UK, US Bank, Thomson Reuters and Dell Financial Services. I was an undergrad finance major.
